1. Conditions of entry to the lottery
Entry to the Anchorage lottery will occur automatically when a person, persons or a company has signed a contract and paid the full purchase money for a block of land on the Anchorage at Yarrawonga between 9a.m. on 6th March 2008 and 5p.m. on the 10th December 2008. Purchasers of land who sign a vendor terms contract will not be included in the lottery unless all moneys payable pursuant to the contract are paid prior to 5p.m. on the 10th December 2008.
2. Information security
Information provided by a purchaser of land on the Anchorage in connection with the lottery entry is confidential and will not be used for any additional purpose such as the compilation of a mailing list.
3. Drawing of the prize.
The draw for the Holden Barina 3 door manual hatchback will be conducted at the offices of the Yarrawonga Chronicle, Belmore Street, Yarrawonga on the 11th December 2008 at 10.30a.m. The winners name will be drawn from a barrel by Aaron Loughnan and the draw will be supervised by Peter White and Andrew Shell. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure delivery of the vehicle, with on road costs paid, is made to the winner of the lottery within 28 days.
4. Notification of winner.
The winner of the Holden Barina will be notified in writing and the result advertised in the Herald-Sun newspaper on Wednesday 17th December 2008
5. Keeping of Records
Records of the following aspects of the Anchorage Holden Barina Lottery will be kept for three years at the office of Tasmanex Pty Ltd at 387 The Boulevard East Ivanhoe Victoria Phone 03 9497 3867.
(a) The manner in which entries to the trade promotion were solicited.
(b) When and where the trade promotion lottery was drawn.
(c) The name(s) and address(es) of the winner(s) of the Holden Barina.
(d) A full description of the Holden Barina won including the V.I.N. number.
6. Description of the prize
The single prize for the Anchorage lottery is a new 2008 plated Holden Barina 3 door manual transmission hatchback with no extras added. The recommended retail price of the vehicle including on road costs is $15,240.00
7. Notification of terms of entry to the Anchorage Holden Barina lottery.
Each person or company will be provided with a copy of the terms and conditions of the lottery with the contract of sale and will be required to sign for acceptance of the terms and conditions.
